Concealed Weapon Slot
The concealed weapon slot is a special slot that lets you carry pistols into a mission. Some players utilize this slot to aid in achieving certain goals, especially those going for Suit Only. Some prefer having the additional pistol to make a gap closer. When using this slot, you need to remember that you will need to click on the corresponding pistol category button, like the alternate slot 2 for machine guns, in order to select the category of your choice. Major Expedition and Adept Rider are in use, making it much easier to use. This combo adds a damage tick every 10 seconds from the Concealed Weapon as long as it is slotted.
Slot for items that are smuggled
The smuggled items slot an amazing feature that lets players bring weapons and other tools into the game, but it could be improved. It's currently designed as pistols, that makes it difficult to differentiate the smuggled item slot from other slots for gear.
The smuggle slot can hold many different objects, ranging from simple concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items are secretly stored in hidden locations around the map and can be retrieved at any time. Smuggled items differ from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which hide only small objects hidden in the scenery and objects.
Mission planning is a feature that is available in short-term missions that allow players to gain access to different starting points as well as smuggled items and gear slots ahead of their entry into the map. The options for planning increase as players progress through challenges and unlock higher Mission Mastery levels. This lets players plan the perfect mission for every challenge.
Gear Slot
Early on in the game players will notice that their gear slots quickly become full, resulting in the common "Your Gear Slots are Full" message which prevents Max from selecting new equipment until the old ones are removed or space is found. The solution to this problem is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which provide more inventory space in exchange for the completion of challenge missions. However, since many of these challenges are scattered throughout the world and can be overlooked, it may take some time to get the most inventory slots in the game.
Each player has up to five different types of gear in their five Gear Slots. They must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to the break-in. Each gear item (except for the Pistol) is a part of one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as Grenades in a grouping) only uses one Gear Slot.
Agency pick-ups
As you progress through Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you store items that don't fit in your concealed weapon or gear slot and retrieve them later.
These pickups are especially useful when you have to pass through a frisk at the end of the game, or if you are carrying a weapon that would otherwise trigger suspicion. You can only conceal one item in a pickup location.
This DLC includes new contracts for security and asset protection to the agency. To begin these missions, just talk to the receptionist at the agency and purchase armor and snacks. Once you've reached the marker for your mission, identify a mob upon arrival.
